Service of your mechanical watch...
All fine timepieces require routine maintenance and servicing. The oils used for lubricstion inside the movement have a life expectancy of only 3 to 4 years. Once the lubricant has begun to break down, moving parts sccumb to the effects of friction and can cause key parts to wear down, aging prematurely and affecting the accuracy of the watch.
Service of your mechanical watch includes complete disassembly and overhaul of the watch movement. All components are ultrasonically cleaned and inspected for wear, damage, and incorrect adjustment. Any worn parts are repaired or replaced. The watches are then reassembly and lubrication of the watch using the finest horological lubricants and undergo the demagnetization process. The watch is electronically timed and tested to ensure it runs accurately for a period of 72 hours. We perform this service at a minimum. All other antique watch repair services performed are in addition to the movement service.

All watch repair work is guaranteed for a full 12 months from the date of repair. Parts subject to normal wear, such as crystals, crowns, bracelets, etc are not covered under warranty. Damage due to water, abuse or battery leaks are also not covered.

Estimates are free and are usually given within 10 days for walk in customers.
Once you approve our estimate...
Once you approve our estimate, simple cleanings usually take from 1-2 weeks. More complex jobs will take longer depending on the amount of work involved. Our normal turnaround time is 3-4 weeks depending on material availability. Please do not contact us excessively to get status reports because it slows everything down. We do great watch repairs but cannot hold everyone’s hand. We are busy for one reason only--we do great work! If you have a job with us and feel you cannot wait like everyone else, we will gladly return your item and move on to someone else’s.
We have genuine or can order genuine replacement parts for most popular watch brands. If for some reason we cannot repair your item or cannot get what you need, we will gladly point you to someone who can, we have a very large network of others in the business so it is very rare that we can't help.
